Another Round

Since the fall we've had at least one of the boys in some sort of sport. It started with both big boys in soccer. Then Z played basketball through the winter. This past weekend we finished up round 3 with both boys in t-ball.

We've learned you just can't get a kid excited about a sport if they don't want to play. However, we've also decided that we'd like for them to be exposed to all sports at this age.

So. Boy #1. An eager little thing. Loves the competition. Likes to make sure we are watching his every move. Has improved over the course of the season...both with hitting the ball and catching. Runs his little heart out between bases.

Boy #2. A mischievious little man. Prefers picking dandelions and playing in the dirt. After 5 minutes on the field usually says, "It's too hot to play t-ball. Are we done yet?" Loves to hit the ball but that's it. Looks stinkin' cute in his uniform. Thinks sliding into base is just as fun as hitting the ball.

I know. I know. You're not supposed to compare your kids...but come on! How else would you write about the above pictures?!?!
