Sooo Proud

Z has always loved being watched. I can't even begin to tell you how many times a day I hear, "Watch this, Mama". Well, now I hear it from two boys. I hear it at least every hour. Tonight it was especially...touching. I just had to share.

I had just finished drying off one "nude dude" and sent him to find his underwear and jammies. I was grabbing the second towel when I heard, "Wa, Mama". I look down at the littlest nude dude and see him smiling up at me all shiny and wet. I say sweetly, "I'm watching". He says, "Wa". As I smile with love in my eyes, his little face turns red, the vein on his forehead pops out and I hear *ppppffft*. The loudest, wetest fart you've ever heard in your life came out of his naked bum that it made me jump back in horror! What is a mother to say!?!? He was sooo proud. I wanted to fall over laughing, but instead I held my composure and said, "O.k. time to get out."

It was truly a fart only a father could love...
