Oh Baby J! He was "so so SO excited" to go to school. The open house last week left quite an impression on him and all weekend we counted down the days until he could go back and play with the airplanes.
This morning he was thrilled! No trouble getting dressed, knew exactly what animal he wanted to take and grabbed his super cool Mario Bros lunch box to put in his "special red bag".
In all the excitement of the first morning these are the only good pictures I have. Why? Well Mommy had to get herself ready too! The director asked me to help out the first two weeks of school and I am thrilled! Today was the first day for both of us and the very first day in 10 years that Mommy had to be ready for "work". We both had a fantastic day and can't wait to do it again on Friday.
