Little J is coming into his own these days. We've had a major sleeping
boot camp around here. Now that school is out there are no more excuses...the big boys don't have to function at school so a little wake up in the middle of the night won't hurt. It took two rough nights to get J over the hump of waking up to snack. The first night I switched bedrooms with the big boys so it didn't bother them at all. We did the same the second night. By the third night J was only waking up at 4 a.m. I let him cry it out and he went back to sleep. When I asked the big boys if they heard him they had no clue he'd been crying!! WHAT?! I stressed over nothing! Now he wakes up around 5. I feed him and he goes back to sleep until 9! LOVE IT! If only I could sleep soundly...
The baby boy is rolling, rolling, rolling as well. The other day he rolled himself clear across the living room. He's also into those big boys. They sit next to him to read with him or just be near him. J can turn his little body to face them, grabs at their toys and even once I saw him scrunch those little knees up to scoot closer.
I still love
bath time. It's one of my favorite moments of the day. I love the baby smell, his happy little squeals in the tub and that crazy hair. In fact, the other night I took a picture of it. I couldn't help myself. It reminded me of a few things...
Here's the baby boy...

Kinda looks like this...

And this...
Heehee!
