The Big D

*Having trouble uploading pics. Check back later...

This past weekend we made it up to Dallas. We were all very excited to spend time with Oma. We arrived late Friday night so by the time we made it to bed it was after 10:30. Yikes!

The boys were ready for the fair on Saturday morning! The most popular part was the cars. Does that surprise you? The boys sat it every car we would let them into - Corvette, Jeep, Mustang, Hummer - all the ones they identify as we drive down the road on a daily basis.

That night Oma took care of the boys so we could head to Chili's to watch the Texas game. Go Horns! Not as comfy as watching from the couch at home but the food was way better!

Sunday morning we met Uncle Jakob, Aunt Angie, Christopher and Madison at the Dallas Arboretum. That place is beautiful! The big boys had a blast being together - such great buddies. The little ones were just happy to walk around the place and all the adults enjoyed catching up. We hadn't seen them since our trip to Galveston over the fourth of July weekend but we picked up right where we left off.

Can't wait to see them all again for Thanksgiving at our house!! :)
