A Very Happy Turkey Day in Dallas

We have so many things to be thankful for...one of those being family. Wednesday night we drove to Dallas to be with M's family. We knew we'd hit traffic but we had no idea it was going to take us an extra 2 1/2 hours! After leaving at 4 p.m. we finally made it to Oma's house at 9:30. The boys did so well - gotta love those DVD players! :) I didn't even mind the fact that I had "Fruit Salad...yummy yummy" stuck in my head for the next 24 hours.

The boys were happy to stretch their legs and play with all of Oma's toys while we visited. Although M didn't last long after doing all the driving for us. We pretty much just left him alone. Z was even nice enough to share his bears with him. :)

Thursday morning we went to Uncle Jakob and Aunt Angie's house. The four kids had such a great time playing together. The last time A went to Dallas he was 8 weeks old. He's changed just a bit. :)

The trip was very short and we were sad to leave, but we know there will be more frequent trips in the future.
