Despite the fact that Z didn't make it to school today...we had a blast! :) We carved a pumpkin this morning. I've never attempted this myself so Z had no idea what we were in for. I pulled the top off and all the strings/seeds dangled - Z's eyes were soo big I thought they might pop out like a cartoon character. I've found a new way to keep a preschooler busy. Give him a spoon and let him go at the guts of a pumpkin!The boys were way impressed with Blue...especially Austin. Blue is his favorite!
After dinner at Mangia's we raced home to get ready for trick-or-treating. So much fun! Austin didn't quite get it, but he was way cute in his monkey outfit. Z on the other hand had the routine down perfectly. :)
We even walked into the neighborhood to visit CourChrissy!!
Then it was time to go home and check out our loot. We...I mean, the boys, got some yummy candy. :)
